It was created in 1940 by Mr.Nguyen Giang, a resident of Hanoi.
By blending the thick, foamy, fluffy of whisked egg yolks with a little bit twist of condensed milk will bring you the weirdness satisfaction.
There is a perfectly simple explanation for this weird combination:

Vietnam is the second largest coffee producer in the world. Hence, we want to give you the best experience not only the Dripping Coffee but also the culture drinking Coffee of Vietnamese.
It's simple, it's quick, it's a staple of Vietnamese life. ground coffee is added to a metal filter, or phin, which is on the top of the cup. Water is then added, which seeps through the ground coffee and into the cup below. You may add condensed milk to bring the sweetness instead of sugar.
